Section 43
For the purpose of prevention of global communicable diseases or epidemics, the Director-General or a person assigned by the Director-General shall have the power to issue a certificate of immunisation or a certificate of receipt of preventive medicine for global communicable diseases or other certificates to the applicant at the expense of the applicant.
The assignment or the collection or exemption of expenses shall be in accordance with the criteria, procedures and conditions prescribed in the Notifications by the Committee.
