Section 51

Any person who violates or fails to comply with the order of a communicable disease control officer under section 34 (1), (2), (5) or (6), section 39 (1), (2), (3) or (5), section 40 (5), or fails to provide convenience to a communicable disease control officer under section 39 (4), shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht.
