Section 8

For the purpose of prevention and control of dangerous communicable diseases or epidemics which may enter the Kingdom, the Minister by and with the advice of the Technical Committee shall have the power to announce the designation of any locality or port city outside the Kingdom as a disease infected zone, and to cancel the announcement when the disease situation has been deemed calm or when there is a valid reason.
